    مرحبًا بكم في متجر رويال بيرل بيوتي للتجارة — Royal Pearl Beauty Trading، المسجل في دولة قطر بالسجل التجاري رقم 255882.

    تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدام المتجر وإجراء الطلبات من خلاله، وتُقرأ مع سياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الشحن والتوصيل وسياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال واسترداد المبالغ المنشورة بالموقع. ولا تنتقص أي من هذه السياسات من حقوق المستهلك المقررة في دولة قطر.

    1. نطاق الخدمة واستخدام الموقع

    يقدّم المتجر منتجاته للبيع بالتجزئة عبر الإنترنت، مع التوصيل داخل دولة قطر فقط.

    يلتزم المستخدم بتقديم معلومات صحيحة، واستخدام الموقع بصورة مشروعة، وعدم محاولة تعطيل خدماته أو الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى حسابات الآخرين أو بياناتهم.

    يجب أن يتم الشراء بواسطة شخص يتمتع بالأهلية القانونية اللازمة، أو بإشراف وموافقة وليّه أو ممثله القانوني بحسب الأحوال.

    2. معلومات المنتجات

    نعمل على عرض أوصاف المنتجات وأسعارها وصورها وخصائصها الأساسية بدقة ووضوح.

    قد تختلف طريقة ظهور الألوان بدرجة طفيفة بحسب إعدادات الشاشة والإضاءة، دون أن يؤثر ذلك على حق العميل في استلام منتج مطابق للوصف والاختيار المؤكد في الطلب.

    يُرجى مراجعة المقاس واللون والكمية والمكونات وتعليمات الاستخدام والتحذيرات المتاحة قبل الشراء. ويمكن التواصل معنا للاستفسار عن أي معلومات غير واضحة.

    3. تقديم الطلب وتأكيده

    لتقديم طلب، يختار العميل المنتجات والخيارات والكميات، ويضيفها إلى سلة التسوق، ثم يُدخل بيانات التواصل والتوصيل ويختار طريقة الدفع المتاحة.

    يمكن مراجعة البيانات وتصحيحها قبل إتمام الطلب. وبعد تقديمه، يُرسل إشعار باستلامه إلى بيانات التواصل المقدمة.

    إشعار استلام الطلب لا يُعد وحده تأكيدًا نهائيًا لقبوله. ويُؤكَّد الطلب بعد التحقق من توافر المنتجات وبياناته وترتيبات الدفع والتوصيل.

    إذا تعذّر تنفيذ الطلب كليًا أو جزئيًا، نتواصل مع العميل لعرض الخيارات المتاحة، بما فيها إلغاء الجزء المتعذّر ورد المبلغ المدفوع عنه. ولا يتم استبدال منتج بآخر دون موافقته.

    4. الأسعار والدفع

    جميع الأسعار بالريال القطري. وتُوضَّح رسوم التوصيل وأي مبالغ إضافية منطبقة قبل تأكيد الشراء والدفع.

    قد تُحدَّث أسعار المنتجات والعروض مستقبلًا، ولا يؤثر ذلك على أسعار الطلبات التي سبق تأكيدها.

    في حال اكتشاف خطأ في السعر أو الوصف يؤثر على الطلب، نتواصل مع العميل لتوضيحه والحصول على موافقته قبل إجراء أي تعديل، أو إلغاء الطلب ورد المبلغ المدفوع إذا لم يوافق.

    تُعرض وسائل الدفع المتاحة عند إتمام الطلب، ولا تُحصَّل مبالغ إضافية غير معلنة دون موافقة العميل.

    5. التوصيل

    تخضع مناطق التوصيل ورسومه ومدده لسياسة الشحن والتوصيل المنشورة بالموقع.

    يلتزم العميل بتقديم عنوان توصيل ورقم هاتف صحيحين. ويُرجى التواصل معنا سريعًا لطلب تعديل البيانات؛ وقد يتعذّر تعديلها بعد شحن الطلب.

    نتواصل مع العميل عند حدوث تأخير جوهري، ولا تُفسَّر مواعيد التوصيل التقديرية بما يُلغي حقوقه عند عدم تنفيذ الطلب.

    6. الإلغاء والإرجاع والاسترداد

    تُعالج طلبات الإلغاء والإرجاع والاستبدال واسترداد المبالغ وفق السياسة المخصصة لذلك والمنشورة بالموقع، مع الحفاظ على الحقوق القانونية للعميل.

    يُرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت عند طلب الإلغاء أو اكتشاف مشكلة في الطلب، مع تقديم رقم الطلب والتفاصيل ذات الصلة.

    7. الاستخدام الآمن للمنتجات

    يُرجى الالتزام بتعليمات الاستخدام والتخزين والتحذيرات الموجودة على العبوة وصفحة المنتج، والتحقق من المكونات قبل الاستخدام.

    لا تُعد أوصاف المنتجات بديلًا عن المشورة الطبية المتخصصة. وعند حدوث تهيّج أو الاشتباه بمشكلة تتعلق بالسلامة، يُرجى التوقف عن الاستخدام وطلب المشورة المناسبة.

    ولا يعفي ذلك المتجر من مسؤوليته عن المنتجات المعيبة أو غير الآمنة أو غير المطابقة، وفق الأحكام المنطبقة.

    8. الخصوصية وأمان الحساب

    تُعالج البيانات الشخصية وفق سياسة الخصوصية المنشورة بالموقع.

    يلتزم صاحب الحساب بالحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول وإبلاغنا عند الاشتباه بأي استخدام غير مصرّح به. ولا نطلب مشاركة كلمة مرور الحساب أو رمز التحقق الخاص بالدفع مع خدمة العملاء.

    9. تأكيدات الطلب والسجلات

    نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات إلكترونيًا وفق سياسة الخصوصية ومتطلبات الاحتفاظ المنطبقة.

    يمكن للعميل الاحتفاظ بنسخة من رسائل تأكيد الطلب والفاتورة، وطباعة السياسات أو حفظها من الموقع، والتواصل معنا لطلب نسخة من بيانات طلبه أو المساعدة في الوصول إليها.

    10. حقوق المحتوى

    تظل حقوق الصور والنصوص والشعارات والمحتويات لأصحابها المعنيين. ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها لأغراض تجارية دون إذن صاحب الحق.

    ولا يمنع ذلك العميل من حفظ معلومات المنتجات والسياسات والفواتير لاستخدامه الشخصي أو لحماية حقوقه.

    11. الشكاوى والمسؤولية

    نسعى إلى معالجة الاستفسارات والشكاوى بصورة عادلة ودون تأخير غير مبرر. يُرجى تزويدنا برقم الطلب ووصف المشكلة وأي مستندات مساندة متاحة.

    لا تتضمن هذه الشروط إعفاءً من المسؤوليات أو الضمانات الملزمة، ولا تحد من حق العميل في المطالبة بالحقوق أو التعويضات المقررة أو الرجوع إلى الجهات المختصة.

    12. تحديث الشروط والقانون المنطبق

    قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وتُتاح النسخة المحدّثة على الموقع. ولا تُطبَّق التغييرات بأثر رجعي بما ينتقص من الحقوق المتعلقة بالطلبات السابقة.

    تخضع التعاملات عبر المتجر للقوانين المعمول بها في دولة قطر، وتختص الجهات والمحاكم المختصة فيها بالنظر في المنازعات وفق القواعد المنطبقة.

    Terms & Conditions

    Welcome to Royal Pearl Beauty Trading, registered in Qatar under Commercial Registration No. 255882.

    These terms govern use of our online store and orders placed through it. They should be read together with our published Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. None of these policies reduces statutory consumer rights in Qatar.

    1. Service Scope and Website Use

    Our store sells products online for retail purchase, with delivery within Qatar only.

    Users must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, and must not disrupt its services or attempt unauthorised access to other users’ accounts or data.

    Purchases must be made by a person with the necessary legal capacity, or with the supervision and consent of their legal guardian or representative where applicable.

    2. Product Information

    We endeavour to display product descriptions, prices, images and essential characteristics accurately and clearly.

    Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting. This does not affect your right to receive products matching the agreed description and options confirmed in your order.

    Please review the size, colour, quantity, ingredients, available instructions and warnings before purchasing. Contact us if any information is unclear.

    3. Placing and Confirming Orders

    To place an order, select your products, options and quantities, add them to your basket, enter your contact and delivery details, and choose an available payment method.

    You can review and correct your information before submitting your order. An acknowledgement will then be sent using the contact details provided.

    An acknowledgement of receipt alone does not constitute final acceptance. Orders are confirmed after product availability, order details, payment and delivery arrangements have been verified.

    If we cannot fulfil all or part of an order, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and refund of the unavailable items. We will not substitute products without your agreement.

    4. Prices and Payment

    All prices are in Qatari riyals. Delivery charges and any applicable additional amounts are disclosed before purchase confirmation and payment.

    Product prices and offers may change for future purchases. Changes do not affect prices of orders already confirmed.

    If a pricing or description error affects your order, we will explain it and obtain your agreement before making a change, or cancel and refund the order if you do not agree.

    Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. No undisclosed additional charges will be collected without your agreement.

    5. Delivery

    Delivery areas, charges and estimated times are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

    Customers must provide a correct delivery address and phone number. Please contact us promptly to request corrections; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

    We will contact you about significant delays. Estimated delivery times do not remove your rights if an order is not fulfilled.

    6. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

    Cancellation, return, exchange and refund requests are handled under our published Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, without affecting statutory rights.

    Please contact us promptly to request cancellation or report an issue, providing your order number and relevant details.

    7. Safe Product Use

    Follow the use, storage and safety instructions on the packaging and product page, and check ingredients before use.

    Product descriptions do not replace professional medical advice. If irritation or a safety concern arises, stop using the product and seek appropriate advice.

    This does not exempt the store from responsibility for defective, unsafe or non-conforming products under applicable requirements.

    8. Privacy and Account Security

    Personal information is processed in accordance with our published Privacy Policy.

    Account holders must protect their login details and notify us of suspected unauthorised use. Our customer service team will not ask you to share your account password or payment verification code.

    9. Order Confirmations and Records

    We retain electronic order records in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.

    You may retain copies of order confirmations and invoices, print or save our website policies, and contact us for a copy of your order details or assistance accessing them.

    10. Content Rights

    Images, text, logos and other content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Commercial copying or reuse requires the relevant rights holder’s permission.

    This does not prevent customers from saving product information, policies or invoices for personal use or to protect their rights.

    11. Complaints and Responsibility

    We aim to handle enquiries and complaints fairly and without undue delay. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and any available supporting documents.

    These terms do not exclude mandatory responsibilities or warranties, or restrict your right to statutory remedies, compensation or access to the competent authorities.

    12. Updates and Applicable Law

    We may update these terms and publish the revised version on our website. Changes will not apply retrospectively in a way that reduces rights relating to previous orders.

    Transactions through our store are governed by the applicable laws of Qatar. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of its competent authorities and courts, in accordance with applicable rules.
