    توفّر رويال بيرل بيوتي للتجارة — Royal Pearl Beauty Trading خدمة التوصيل داخل دولة قطر فقط.

    مناطق التوصيل والرسوم

    • الدوحة والمناطق القريبة: رسوم التوصيل 25 ريالًا قطريًا، وتظهر ضمن إجمالي الطلب قبل إتمام الشراء.

    • المناطق الأخرى داخل قطر: تختلف رسوم التوصيل بحسب الموقع. يُرجى التواصل معنا لتأكيد الرسوم قبل إتمام الطلب والدفع. ولا تُضاف أي رسوم غير معلنة دون موافقة العميل.

    • لا نوفر الشحن خارج دولة قطر.

    مدة التوصيل

    • المدة المتوقعة للتوصيل داخل الدوحة والمناطق القريبة هي 24–48 ساعة من تأكيد الطلب.

    • للمناطق الأخرى، تُحدَّد المدة المتوقعة عند تأكيد رسوم التوصيل.

    • قد تختلف المدة خلال العطلات والأعياد أو بسبب ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا. وسنتواصل مع العميل عند حدوث تأخير يؤثر على موعد التسليم المتوقع.

    بيانات التسليم

    يُرجى إدخال رقم هاتف صحيح وعنوان توصيل كامل، بما يشمل المنطقة والشارع ورقم المبنى وأي تعليمات ضرورية للوصول.

    إذا تعذّر التسليم بسبب عدم الرد أو عدم اكتمال العنوان، نتواصل مع العميل لترتيب موعد آخر. وأي رسوم إضافية لإعادة التوصيل تُوضَّح ويُوافق عليها مسبقًا.

    Shipping & Delivery Policy

    Royal Pearl Beauty Trading offers delivery within the State of Qatar only.

    Delivery Areas and Fees

    • Doha and nearby areas: The delivery fee is QAR 25 and is included in the order total before checkout is completed.

    • Other areas within Qatar: Delivery fees vary by location. Please contact us to confirm the fee before completing your order and payment. No undisclosed charges will be added without your agreement.

    • We do not offer delivery outside Qatar.

    Delivery Time

    • Estimated delivery within Doha and nearby areas is 24–48 hours after order confirmation.

    • For other areas, the estimated delivery time will be provided when the delivery fee is confirmed.

    • Delivery times may vary during public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you if a delay affects your expected delivery date.

    Delivery Details

    Please provide a valid phone number and a complete delivery address, including the area, street, building number and any necessary directions.

    If delivery cannot be completed because we cannot reach you or the address is incomplete, we will contact you to arrange another delivery time. Any additional redelivery fee will be explained and agreed upon in advance.
